Secret Menu
At the title screen press DOWN, UP, LEFT, LEFT, A, RIGHT, DOWN to unlock a secret menu. This will let you mess with settings and see the bios and stuff.

There's an Honor Code screen like on Genesis, at the end press 2,1,2,DOWN,UP. It'll say "NOW ENTERING KOMBAT" and blood will be enabled.
